Woodworking for the Complete Novice | Jack Reynolds | 5 Mon. starting Oct. 11, 5-8pm | $250
Everybody starts woodworking as a complete novice. Start here: learn basic techniques with hand tools as you get acquainted with the studio and being in a shop. We’ll build a simple, useful project to introduce you to the craft and working with wood. Woodworking is about as much fun as you can have by your self on a rainy day. Come and find out why before winter arrives.
Intro to Inlay | Jack Reynolds | 5 Mon. starting Nov. 15, 5-8pm | $250 + $50 materials
Discover the secrets of inlaying into wood. Whether you want to apply square plugs, banding or metals like brass and copper, your hand tool skills will get tuned and polished as you learn to inlay straight, curved and shaped inlay like dovetail keys and flower shapes. Learn how to personalize projects with inlayed initials. Also, how to use your router for inlay and making your own templates for inlay will be revealed.
Trim Carpentry for the Advanced Beginner | Liz Meyer | 5 Tues. starting Oct. 12, 5-8pm | $250
Learn the basics of planning, layout, milling, and installing of common trims, (baseboards and caps, door and window casings, and crown moldings.) This course will give you the mindset and processes to solve problems creatively, while relaxed and confident, so you can achieve your carpentry dreams and plans.
Woodworking for Women I: 3 Legged Stool Liz Meyer | 5 Wed. starting Oct. 13, 5-8pm | $250 + $30 materials
Woodworking for Women II: Classic Box Techniques Liz Meyer | 5 Wed. starting Nov. 17, 5-8pm | $250 +$30 materials
Develop your talents for woodworking in a supportive environment. Hone your skills, develop new ones, and gain the confidence to take on a variety of woodworking jobs. Use a variety of hand and power tools to make a simple yet satisfying project. Join us for one or both classes. Also, this is a great next step after taking the Woodworking for the Complete Novice.

Hand Tool Skills: Toolbox | Brooks Nelson | 10 Thurs. starting Oct. 14, 5-8pm | $475 + $50 materials
Learning hand tool skills will take your work to a new level. It’s great fun using saws, chisels, and planes while learning how to sharpen them well. Fine tune your projects with special details, and get valuable assembly and finishing experience. You’ll get practice with different traditional joinery techniques and steam bending as you build a beautiful and functional toolbox.
